Under the guidance of former AHA chef of the year Brad Sloane, the Swanson Hotel has opened up level 1 for the first time with a 100 seat restaurant which includes a sleek new cocktail bar focusing on fresh, delicious cocktails, a private dining room and simple clean food with a gastro pub influence.
The ground floor booths accommodate up to 70 guests (cocktail style) and have direct access to the main bar.
The Booths offer an exclusive space for you and your guests and is ideal for a birthday party, cocktail party or work get-together.
The Cocktail Lounge accommodates up to 100 guests (cocktail style) and has a private entrance directly up the stairs to level 1 of the Swanson Hotel. The Cocktail Lounge offers a small balcony directly overlooking leafy Harry Noble Park in addition to direct access to the cocktail bar.
Our private dining room accommodates up to 24 guests. This room offers an exclusive space for you and your guests and is ideal for a more intimate dinner party or gathering. Our restaurant accommodates up to 100 guests for a sit down function. This exclusive function space is entirely self-contained and is ideal for weddings, christenings, engagement parties, corporate events etc. It comes complete with a marble feature bar, small outdoor balcony, private bathroom facilities and speech making equipment.
