The sweeping cobblestone carriageway, airy industrial courtyard, reclaimed wooden bar and candlelit milieu conveys the essence of the speakeasies of yesteryear. This sexy, 1920's feel is offset by a thoroughly modern approach, upbeat service and funk/soul soundtrack, which allows the bar to maintain a level of nostalgia without feeling uptight.
In keeping with the aesthetic, our product philosophy is elegant simplicity. On offer is a concise selection of international and local wines, a creative list of signature cocktails, and of course the finest spirits available. The food provides the perfect complement to the experience, featuring only the best produce from Australia and abroad. Presented elegantly yet simply, the quality of produce speaks for itself. A customised catering menu is also available for events, and includes a stylish selection of antipasto, canapés and finger food.

With a capacity of 50 persons, Since I Left You is ideal for boutique events where quality and attention to detail are paramount. Because we, the owners, also run the bar, we will work with you tirelessly to tailor a bespoke event that suits all of your needs. If you have a specific theme or style in mind, we are more than happy to let you decorate the space. We can also create signature cocktails that are unique to your event, tailor the food offering to suit any style or era, and the bar staff are even happy to dress up according to the mood.
