New Zealand born Executive Chef, Logan Campbell has crafted a menu with a creative range of dishes using fresh, seasonal produce showcasing his signature culinary innovation.  The menu is Modern Australian with Grilled Mooloolaba Prawns served with raw globe artichokes & prawn emulsions, yet isn’t exclusively seafood-driven with dishes such as White River Veal Medallions wrapped in pancetta.
