Traditional Pekingese cuisine has been altered into a lighter, more contemporary palate, with a blend of exotic tastes to create a delicious and tantalizing culinary delight. Housed within a heritage-listed sandstone building (built circa 1820), the Imperial Peking Harbourside restaurant boasts a rather spectacular view of the Sydney Opera House, and Harbour Bridge.
