ABOUT Eau de Vie
Top Hidden Bars

A bar straight out of 1920’s prohibition America, Eau-de-Vie Sydney is an dimly lit, intimate, jazz inspired speakeasy created for the discerning bon vivant. The team of expert bartenders will transport you through time to a much-forgotten era of great service, good times, cocktails and tommy guns.

Cocktails from their award-winning list are as delicious as they are theatrical and designed and served with their drinker in mind.

As a spirits and cocktail bar with a passion for food and cocktail matching Eau-de-Vie offers guests one of a kind experience right from the discovery of our hidden door tucked behind the Kirkton Hotel.

Beholding the true spirit of hospitality Eau-de-Vie has a reputation for world-class cocktails and service in our fully seated venue – whether in a private booth, on a stool up at the bar, on a lounge in the main bar or in our exclusive Whisky Room.

The Eau-de-Vie food menu features a tapas style dishes and share plates along with artisanal cheeses and charcuterie from the best purveyors around the globe.
