ABOUT Della Hyde
Best Cocktail Bars

Located on Oxford Street in Darlinghurst, good times bar Della Hyde is Applejack Hospitality's playful interpretation of vintage hotel lobby bars of the past. The venue has a fun interior, good tunes, and various interesting seasonal cocktails which are sure to tantalise.

Arches and pink hues define the space with inspiration drawn from Wes Anderson (Grand Budapest Hotel / Royal Tenenbaums, Darjeeling Ltd) as well as from the owners Ben and Hamish’s own travels, ultimately creating a space truly unique to the Sydney night life.

The drinks list features cocktails that are sophisticated and classic, like “Taking the Pisco”, as well as more innovative and fun mixes like the “Polaroid Punch”.

Food wise, the menu is substantial enough for dinner but also perfect for a couple of snacks alongside your favourite drinks.

Tuesdays call for $1 dumplings, and Wednesdays $1 chicken wings so head on down for good times all week long.
