What is better than a deliciously toasted bun, with a melt-in-your-mouth beef pattie, cheese, and tangy special sauce? Not much, that’s for sure. Here are our seven favourites in Sydney.

The burger craze has swept the nation and Sydney has got some of the absolute best buns on offer, but with the ever growing burger suppliers, it’s going to be hard to stay on top of them all!

Here we list seven of the BEST burgers in Sydney, according to us.

1. The Balmain

Wagyu beef pattie, cheese, tomato, lettuce, pickles, and two oft left out ingredients: beetroot and bacon, is what makes the Balmain Burger give us warm fuzzies. Whenever we don’t have to ask for bacon in our burger, is when we are happiest.

2. Riverview Hotel

Another Balmain staple, our friends at Riverview not only have a killer venue, but they also have a heart-stoppingly delicious burger! It doesn’t come as such a big surprise seeing as they have an award winning kitchen *pops collar*

3. Jack’s Newtown

For anyone who has been to America and indulged in the decadence that is Shake Shack, Jack’s Newtown will make you nostalgic for those bangin’ burgers, not to mention that they also have frozen custard… *heavy breathing*

4. Burger Project

Hand rolled patties made fresh every day, o’natural ingredients, and Cape Grim beef, the guys at the Burger Project know how to get you hot and heavy! With a second venue to open at MLC Centre soon, you can get your fix anywhere! (in the CBD, that is).

5. Pub Life Kitchen

With a name like “The O.G.”, you really can’t go wrong with this burger. Keeping it classic, they cover the basics: salt aged pattie that has been ground in-house, cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and that creamy boss, aioli. Plus.. BURGER SPECIALS.. Just.. Have a look for yourself.

6. Parkview Hotel

Here at HCS we are all about indulgence, be that lavish nights out with ever-flowing cocktails, or non-stop Sunday Sessions full of frothies, and Parkview Hotel’s burger falls into that category. Brioche, bacon, char grilled wagyu, and more! Food coma? Worth it.

7. Mister Gee Burger Truck

Burger trucks are quickly becoming an essential part of Sydney life, so it’s understandable how there is so much competition. However, Mister Gee brings it with their Geeism burger (deliciously thigh enlarging), TRUFFLE fries, and REDSKIN shakes, I mean.. Come on..
