Blackbird has a wide range of mains, perfect for a date night along the Harbour. The chicken espetada; consisting of skewered chicken marinated in lemon and garlic with red wine chili sauce is a fan favourite. The bar’s in house mixologist is always serving up fresh and innovative cocktails, with their most praised being the Oreo Crunch. You’ll find yourself immersed in a blend of Bailey’s, Frangelico, and Kahlua, garnished with decadent chocolate and Oreo’s.
With function packages ranging from $40-$55pp, Blackbird is known for successfully hosting corporate events, hen’s nights, birthdays and of course New Year’s Eve celebrations with an unmissable view of the harbour’s fireworks. Smaller groups are placed in the venue’s French Gazebo and garden surroundings, whilst larger functions of up to 400 guests can score the entire dance floor and private balconies.
