Bread, it’s got to be one of everyone’s biggest weaknesses, right? Not at Sol Breads Café! Here you can find a fully organic menu which is equally as yummy as it is healthy!

Sol Breads opened their first ever café in 1999 in West End and have stuck to their love for organic, healthy and nutritious bread.  Even better, they have plenty of vegetarian and vegan dishes!

Can’t decide what you want for your quick, healthy meal? Don’t worry, Sol Breads has an extensive range of delicious food. Grab yourself a pizza (gluten free bases available) and a paleo caramel slice or choose from their changing salads and freshly baked goods! Heart Thai Food
Shop 18 Milton Village, 36 Baroona Rd, Milton, 4604

This healthy Thai restaurant, formerly known as My Thai Kitchen, is the locals fav! Heart Thai Food prides themselves on being MSG, gluten and preservative free! That’s right, all of their produce is natural and fresh.

This top notch restaurant in Milton Village, has an extensive menu which actually includes meals they consider ‘healthy choices’, making it even easier for you to stick to that annoying health kick. An added bonus – they also have a heap of vegan options which are equally as popular as their meat options.

Their tofu satay (vegan) is a massive hit and the ‘pra ram’ which is vegies and your choice of meat sautéed in their homemade satay peanut sauce is a must try!

Suki
182 Grey St, South Brisbane, 4101

Need a new takeout? Suki has got you covered! Poke bowls and sushi burritos, could it get any better?

Suki’s bowls and burritos are some of the best in Brisbane and will definitely satisfy your dinner cravings! Sticking to your health plan, you can choose from brown rice, quinoa and kale or green leaves as your base (don’t worry there’s white rice too) and go crazy from there! They’ve got the typical salmon and tuna as well as braised beef and organic tofu and tempeh.

They even have an app you can use to order your takeout, meaning you can probably get away with wearing your PJ’s to quickly pick up your bowl or burrito!

Zeus
13/14 Little Stanley St, Brisbane, 4101

When we say Greek food you think oily, cheesey and fatty right? Luckily for us, Zeus has managed to combat this and blessed us with healthy Greek food!

They are most famous for their mouth-watering gyros’ which can be stuffed with chicken, pork, lamb, seafood or vegies! They’ve also incorporated a bit of Mexican with their Spartan boxes which are basically Greek burrito bowls.

Some of our recommendations would have to be their Chilli Pork gyros with apple, fennel slaw, rocket and chill tzatziki and The Zeus gyros with grass fed lamb, smoky eggplant dip, Aegean slaw, onion and parsley!

Grab a quick takeaway, order delivery or dine in, the choice is yours! (Don’t worry, we know you’ll probably just get it delivered. We would too.)
