Summit Restaurant and Bar, located just 7km out of Brisbane city boasts style and class, a must see for all visitors and locals. One of the most popular options is their Sunset Dinner. This two hour experience from 5pm-7pm allows for customers to watch the night lights of Brisbane come about whilst indulging in an entree tasting plate, main and dessert. An added bonus, all of this is just $42.50 per person!

Another Summit favourite is their Sunday High Tea where customers can enjoy a variety of sandwiches, sweets, scones and coffee or tea for $35 per person. A tip to make your High Tea even better is to add a glass of Moet & Chandon (only an extra $10)!

Summit function rooms are perfect for your next birthday or corporate event to give your guests that lil’ something extra. There are three rooms which cater for all your different events. The Pavilion Room on the deck, is perfect for an intimate experience, seating up to 20 guests. And if you needed a larger room, The Summit Restaurant allows you to hold your event at any time of the day and can provide room for 60-280 guests! The most private option, The Fountain View Room is perfect for your next birthday or special event with fairy lights on the ceiling and magnificent views of the city.
