Conveniently located at 103 Lonsdale Street in the CBD of Melbourne, Bomba Bar and Rooftop is a Spanish style workers bar. Following a successful re-branding from The Aylesbury in September of 2013, Bomba has established itself as a firm favourite in the Melbourne dining scene.
"If the mark of a restaurant is the passion it inspires, the rebirth of The Aylesbury as Bomba is a runaway success." - The Age, November 2013
The downstairs restaurant at Bomba is a lively space with 30 seats in the front dining room, whilst the more casual bar area seats an additional 35. At the rear of the restaurant is a cosy, wine walled private dining room which can accommodate groups of up to 12 people.
Accessible via elevator, the Bomba rooftop bar sits on the 5th floor and boasts stunning views of the Melbourne skyline. Open from 3pm until late, seven days a week, and housing its own kitchen, the rooftop bar is the perfect place for an afternoon snack, a pre or post dinner drink or a late night cocktail. The rooftop bar is heated and has a retractable roof, making it perfect for Melbourne's often unpredictable weather.
