The Mill is a beer bar that supports all things local and independent. But what goes on behind the doors of No. 111 Constance Street, Fortitude Valley, is more than just the sampling of Australia’s finest brewed beverages. It’s a gathering of good chat, great times and deadly celebrations.

Situated in a heritage listed building that used to house the Defiance Grain Mill, the space has been turned into a cozy watering hole, perfect for a quiet afternoon beer or late-night festivities.

From Lagers to Stouts, IPAs to Sours there is something on offer for everyone. Eight constantly rotating taps featuring some of the best brews from around Australia (with the occasional rad keg from across the seas) and over 50 tallies and tinnies in the fridge. Don’t forget to check out the ever-expanding back bar for some of their favorite gins and whiskeys from Australia and the world.
