The Mill On Constance – Hidden Venues

Welcome to the Defiance Bar - it’s a secret, hidden function venue located behind an old barn door at The Mill on Constance.

Defiance Bar is a beautifully restored space with exposed brick walls, polished timber floors, double height ceilings with exposed trusses that lends itself to an array of uses. The Mill On Constance are happy to have a variety of events here including birthdays, weddings, engagement celebrations, business meetings, presentations, dinner parties, trivia nights, master classes and/or product launches - in fact they're happy to discuss anything you think you can use the space for! Centrally located on Constance st, Fortitude Valley, they are just a short walk from the Valley train station & Metro Car Park. Defiance Bar & Deck Area can accommodate up to 200 guests for drinks & stand up canapes. Either the whole space can be booked for private use, or areas within the space for smaller groups. Defiance Bar & Deck allows exclusive use of up to 200 guests. Smaller Private Areas can be booked to suit groups from 15 - 100 guests.

Need more space? You can contact The Mill to discuss the option of hiring the us of The Front bar too, which can cater for up to 300 people.

Sit Down Dinner

Minimum of 20 people / Maximum of 40.
Crafty Locals - The Mill will choose three of their favourite Breweries from around Brisbane and their talented Chefs will match 4 Courses of amazing food. All other Sit Down Dinners will be done in consultation with Executive Chef Daniel Searle & the Function Manager. Quotes available on request.
