The menu is designed by executive chef, Josue Lopez, who creates signature menus inspired by current exhibitions and programs. With a philosophy that encompasses all that is fresh, contemporary and local, guests are treated to a dining experience as modern and creative as the artwork which surrounds. GOMA offers both group dining and degustation menus, but bookings are recommended.
