B.i.G at Ovolo The Valley is the venue’s all-inclusive boardroom fitted with state-of the-art AV equipment ideal for off-site meetings and workshops. Ultra-modern and versatile, this flexible space is great for medium-sized social events or conferences. Drenched in natural light it has an in-built table with all the power points you’ll ever need and a brilliant HD TV screen, B.I.G is brimming with modern, high tech features.

Rockstar Suite
Time warp! Step Time Warp ! Step back into the ’70s in our luxurious and aptly named Rockstar Suite. Ideal for an intimate after-party, a discreet off-site meeting, private dinner party, or maybe even a feather-filled pillow fight. The separate lounge and dining area features a bar, dining table, armchairs, Caruso speaker unit and original art pieces by Daniel R. Watkins and Gerwyn Davies.

The Games Room
When fun is in order, there is no better space than The Games Room. Whether it’s private dining, pre-function or a breakout room for meetings, this stylish and versatile space can also make The Grand Hall even more grand, via an operable wall.

The Grand Hall
An epic ‘ballroom-esque’ space with Victorian inspired wall panelling and tropical mural wallpaper. The pillarless room is perfect for larger events like weddings, banquets, cocktail parties, seminars and conferences, and is available in a range of configurations. The Grand Hall can be combined with The Games Room for a larger space.

The Library
Luxuriously appointed with plush, colourful fabrics, Mediterranean ornaments and Persian rugs. The Library was made with intimate soirees in mind. Gather your friends or colleagues and kick up your heels in this intimate enclosure. This space is great for small to medium-sized groups.

The Harem
The Harem at Ovolo The Valley is an elegant and stylish space ideal for meetings, small cocktail functions and private dinners. Semi-private space, featuring plush, colourful fabrics and Mediterranean ornaments and is the perfect space to gather with friends.
