Min & Co is a new restaurant located in East Brisbane. Situated on the lower ground of the Wellington building, this eatery has a beautiful outdoor space that is completely under cover.

The Min & Co. environment is friendly, open, and with a low-key modern style. The dining area inside is right on the cusp of the kitchen, so it is like you are in on the action while they prepare your order. Some small touches to it have it appear like it could be an inner New York diner or another major city restaurant. With the addition of rustic pipes, low-hanging lights, and ergonomics suited to for walk-by orders. All of this with al fresco seating galore, the outdoor space is great for animal lovers to bring their pets, a great space for children to play and a beautiful way to enjoy the lovely QLD weather. Min & Co are a family dining café, restaurant and coffee house where customers can eat, drink and connect.

The vision for their food is easy eating meets Mediterranean comfort food mixed with good old-fashioned hospitality. The Min & Co. guarantee is that none of their customers leave hungry. Their mission is simple: fast, tasty, value for money food paired with memorable experiences.
