The newly renovated Melbas Main Bar provides an atmosphere that allows you to unwind surrounded by friends or colleagues for as late as you like. Once the sun sets over Surfers Paradise the bar comes alive, and truly shines as the Gold Coast nightlife hotspot that it has come to be.

Their bartenders serve up a comprehensive cocktail list that delivers all the modern classics as well as signature drinks. Our goal is to offer innovative cocktails made with quality spirits and premium ingredients. An impressive array of international and local beers and wines are also on offer, peruse the menu or ask one of their expert bartenders for their recommendations. The Kitchen is open from 11:30am until late, serving meals and snacks in the Main Bar to compliment those refreshing beverages being consumed.

Each night of the week, Melbas offers various drink specials to allow you to wind down after a long day. Popular with the locals and tourists, Thursday night is the largest night of the week in the Main Bar with their ‘Las Coronas Fiesta’ Mexican party.

The main bar is an ideal space with endless potential for hosting Functions and Events. Facilities include; pool tables, DJ booth, dancefloor, microphones, stage, outdoor smoking area, lectern and big screen for watching live sport.
