Introducing Brewski, your new favourite Brisbane bar. They are all about good beer, great food, and even better times! Situated on the popular Caxton Street, Brewski serves up everything you love about Brisbane’s bar scene.

With a name like Brewski, it’s pretty clear what this venue is all about: Beer! From brilliant saisons and sours, to indescribably good IPAs and imperial stouts, we love ‘em all, which is why they keep over 200 kinds of bottled craft beer, and rotate eight different beer taps every day (what the hell? That’s amazin’!).

Nothing goes quite as well with beer as delicious food and at Brewski they really, really, REALLY love food. Here you can chow down with your gang on things like their proper pizzas, wagyu and vegie burgers, peppered szechuan squid, and the all famous...wait for it... deep fried mac n cheese, all lovingly tried and tested, just for you.

With thin bases made in house daily, the pizzas truly are 'proper'. Try the 'Magic Mushroom Pizza' with wild mushrooms, rocket, parmesan and truffle oil, or 'The Meat Pizza' with pork ribs, salami, ham, mozzarella and bbq sauce. Or just do as we do, and sample them all!
