Owned and run by Chef Ben O’Donoghue and his wife Dee, the duo have years of hospitality and service experience, which creates an inviting and warm environment for all that visit.
The menu features seasonal produce, with a focus on making ingredients in-house. As a result, the jams, butter, cakes and cream are all made right in Billykart’s kitchen.
Billykart Kitchen takes its guests around the world with its international menu. Every three months the café focuses on a specific cuisine, with a special dinner menu featuring classic dishes from the chosen country. Bookings are essential to take part in the feast that is held on Wednesday-Friday nights.
The atmosphere of the café is light and spacious, with pops of vibrant green found throughout. Fresh flowers and greenery decorate the café, and vintage touches like old jars and a retro store sign add a charming vibe.
