Your personal event manager will work beside you in the lead up to your corporate function, assisting your choice in their custom-designed event rooms and to discuss your practical requirements including break-out spaces, state-of-the art audio and visual equipment.

Capacities for the spaces will depend on the style of event you would like to host. The Sunset Room accommodates 178 for a seated event with a dancefloor, and 200 people for a seated event without a dance floor.  For Banquet 200 or 178 with a dancefloor. Conferencing; For theatre and cabaret it can host 100 and for a u-shaped arrangement, 40. The top deck has a stand up capacity of 150. For banquet, 90. And the mid deck space can host 120 for a cocktail style event and for banquet, 100.

Watsons Bay Conference room is suitable for 20 boardroom style or can do up to 36 people theatre style. Finally, our harbour view conference room is suitable for 18 for a boardroom style or can fit up to 30 people theatre style. These spaces flow easily into each other so can be combined for larger style events.
