The Hughenden Room


The perfect venue for you to host your next exclusive event or corporate meeting, ideally located between Bondi Junction and Sydney’s CBD. With the ability to hold up to 100 guests and flooded with natural lighting, The Hughenden Room offers a versatile space that can be customised to your needs. With access to street parking and only metres away from popular bus routes, The Hughenden Boutique Hotel is easy for anyone to get to. Included in the space is AV technology where you can easily integrate your own devices in the venue and utilise a data projector, microphone, speakers, flip charts, Wifi, and white board. Whether it be a conference or special celebration, the staff provide personalised service and exceed expectations in meeting every need.

With the option of round or trestle tables, The Hughenden Room can host:


  • Sit down lunch/dinner - up to 60 guests.

  • Theatre Style – up to 78 guests,

  • Conference/cabaret style – up to 35 guests

  • Cocktail event – up to 100 standing


Available daily from 7am – 11pm with a minimum of 3 hours hire

The Bar & Lounge


Recently renovated and given a fresh new look, The Bar & Lounge is an ideal place for a work function or intimate event. With plush furnishings, lounge chairs and a working fire place the bar and lounge creates a warm and inviting atmosphere to relax and have a glass of wine. The space can host cocktail style – up to 50 guests standing.

Available daily from 11am – 11pm with a minimum of 3 hours hire

The Dining Room & The Terrace


The ideal private space to have a meal with friends or family, with The Dining Room providing privacy and an intimate dining experience and The Terrace overlooks on to Queen St. Both suitable for sit down dining events whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner for 25 guests.

Available daily from 7am – 11pm with a minimum of 3 hours hire

*The Bar & Lounge, The Dining Room and The Terrace are all able to be booked as one venue, which allows for 100-120 people standing in a cocktail styled event.
