Hubert is a restaurant and bar in the heart of Sydney. They serve classic French food and pour wine from a list of over 700 international producers. With 4 private dining spaces, a theatre, 3 bars and 2 stages for live music, Hubert is the perfect venue for any occasion.
Theatre Royale is the underground 1940’s theatre restored to it’s former beauty and now serving as your private dining room. The theatre has a sit down capacity of up to 50 and stand up for 80, they also offer a range of canape or set menu options. The theatre also has a stage with full AV setup for presentations, film screenings or live music/performers.
Botero Board Room is an intimate space for 6-10 guests adorned with beautiful artworks, candelabras and your own personal waiter, they offer various menus for lunch and dinner events. Perfect for business, birthdays or any catch up deserving of a special feast.
The Port Cave is the smallest private space and resembles an old world wine cellar. For 6-10 guests, this is one of Sydney’s most unique nights out. Exposed wooden beams, soft lighting and Hubert’s decadent menus are available for both lunch and dinner.
Bridge Bon Appetit is a dedicated cocktail party space for groups of up to 30 guests. Overlooking Hubert’s main’s dining room, and with it’s own dedicated bar, this is a private space that stills benefits from the ambience of the main dining room beneath it. The Bridge Bon-Appetit offers a canape menu ranging from spanner crab tart to fried gruyere with Dijon mustard and is available Monday to Saturday.
Full Venue Hire – Hubert is available for exclusive use 7 days a week and can cater for up to 250 people. Start with canapes and Champagne in the bar, finish with crème caramel and Cognac in the Theatre.
