The venues are highly versatile, suited for cocktail functions, banquets, high teas, intimate dinners, press events and conferences. Offering more than 500 square meters, all rooms offer customized audio-visual solutions and free fast Wi-Fi.


Marble Room

Located on the lower ground level, this contemporary function room can host up to 120 people in banquet style or up to 200 people in cocktail style. This flexible space is divisible by three and opens onto the pre-function area, which complements the room and is bathed in natural light. It’s the perfect room for celebrations, functions or banquets. The room features beautiful silk panelling on the walls and is 196 metres squared with a ceiling height of 3.5 metres.


Press Room

Also on the lower ground level, this modern function and stylish room is suitable up to 60 people banquet style, or 80 cocktail style. It can also be divided into three rooms and opens onto the pre-function area, which pairs with the function space perfectly. The room features uniquely designed light boxes which enhance the overall room ambience. It’s a great function room for celebrations, banquets or cocktail functions. It is a total of 97 metres squared and has a ceiling height of 2.7 metres.


Lady Fairfax Room

Located on the ground floor, the Lady Fairfax Room is available for private events from 12:30pm daily (1pm on weekends). A naturally sunbathed room overlooking Pitt Street, it is perfect for any reception, private dining, bridal shower high tea or baby shower. The room can cater for 70 people for private dining.


Sir Warwick Fairfax Room (heritage room)

Located on the mezzanine floor, this room is an original part of the building and has been restored to its former glory. It is 35 metres squared in size with a ceiling height of 3.5 metres. The unique, intimate room is filled with natural light and is ideal for executive meetings or private formal dining for up to 12 people.


Sir James Fairfax Room (heritage room)

This impressive room, equal in grandeur to the Sir Warwick Fairfax Room, is on the mezzanine floor and has been restored to capture the charm of a bygone era. It is 48 metres squared with a ceiling height of 3.5 metres and hosts up to 30 people theatre style. With ample natural light, this space is ideal for executive meetings, intimate cocktail functions or private dining.
