Marble Room


On the lower ground level is the Marble Room, a contemporary space that can host up to 120 banquet style, or 200 cocktail style. The room features exquisite silk panelling on the walls with an area of 196 meters squared with a ceiling height of 3.5 meters.  This space is versatile and can be divided into 3 sections and opens up into a pre-function area which offers and abundance of natural night which complements the room.

 

Press Room


Also found on the ground level, this room can cater for up to 60 guests banquet style, or 80 guests cocktail style. This space is modern with uniquely designed light boxes for ambiance. It can also be divided into 3 spaces with a pre-function area. The room is a total of 97 metres squared and has a ceiling height of 2.7 metres.

 

Lady Fairfax Room


On the ground floor is where you will find the Lady Fairfax Room, which is available for private events from 12:30pm daily (from 1pm on weekends). Full of natural light overlooking Pitt Street, this space is perfect for any private dining, reception, bridal shower or high tea. The room capacity can cater up to 70 people for private dining.

 

Sir Warwick Fairfax Room (heritage room)


Located on the mezzanine floor, this function space is an original section of the building and has been restored to its former glory. This intimate and unique room is bathed in natural light and is perfect for executive meetings or can cater up to 12 people for formal dining. It is 35 meters squared with a height of 3.5 meters.

 

Sir James Fairfax Room (heritage room)


Also on the mezzanine floor, the Sir James Fairfax room is equal in magnificence to the Sir Warwick Fairfax Room. This space has also been restored to it's natural grandeur. It is 48 metres squared with a ceiling height of 3.5 metres and hosts up to 30 people theatre style. With ample natural light, this space is ideal for executive meetings, intimate cocktail functions or private dining.
