Park House's Food Merchants Restaurant is a warehouse of flavours – big, bold and brazen – made fresh with love and scorched over fire and charcoal.
Loco chefs run amok in big open kitchens, encouraged to experiment and flex their culinary muscles, while punters are free to roam – choosing between a restaurant sit-down, cocktail lounge chinwag or courtyard mingle.
With a focus on sharing, the menu draws influence from the Golden State and the spin they put on exotic cuisines. The Southern Cali kids have always been trailblazers when it comes to the culinary arts – they make “good” food from locally-sourced produce with Mexican, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influence, and Park House digs that… but they'll do it their way. And yes, of course, it’s all washed down with eye-catching cocktails, fine wine and craft beer.
The grill menu presents stunning cuts of meat from across Australia like Armidale, Darling Downs and Riverine Premium. Prefer from the sea? Choose from items like whole snapper, wood roasted octopus or snapper ceviche.
The Food Merchants Bar has a slightly different menu with classics like schnitzels, burgers, fish dishes and pizza. The Bar is open every day from 11am.
