Hidden away on Level One, Lotus Galeries utilises lots of glass to ensure you’re still connected the buzzing Sydney streets below. The over-sized glass windows opposite the Queen Victoria Building become quite the focal point, particularly at night when the sandstone is in full up lighting.
Whilst the décor and vibe is modern, the service, food and beverage offering still have classic touches. Head Chef, Chris Yan, creates an ever-changing menu with innovative and inspiring specials showcasing fantastic Australian ingredients in epic Chinese fashion. The food is a rich tapestry of the new world of Shanghainese cuisine with a nod to Cantonese cuisine. On weekends, they also feature a yum-cha style offering but with refined table service. Based on classic dim-sum dishes, your tailored set-menu will have you filled to the brim and beaming from ear to ear as you savour on the classics.

With a large wine list curated by Annette Lacey, the perfect match for every dish and every occasion is available. The bar team make all their syrups and new concoctions in house to provide a truly unique experience from start to finish.
