Head chef Nathan Darling took the reins at Gunners Barracks in October 2016. He comes from being the head chef at the Sydney’s harbor side restaurant Sails on Lavender Bay, where he worked for seven years. Nathan has created a menu that will appeal to all guests, young and old, using classic flavours and combinations with a modern twist.

The a la carte menu is available for lunch Monday to Friday from 12pm til 3pm. The Gunners’ Barracks traditional morning and afternoon tea service is both a highlight and an experience that you must at least try once in a life time. Available seven days a week from 10am til 3pm, the afternoon tea service comes with a complete selection of delectable delights, including sweet cakes, savory pastries, finger sandwiches and scones and Asia Pacific’s largest selection of Ronnefeldt teas. Morning tea service is available from 10am til 12pm Monday through to Friday.
