Located right next to the Rose Bay wharf, the Empire Lounge is easily accessible to and from the CBD. Named after the 1938 flying boats, the water-front space is part seaplane lounge, part luxury lounge and cocktail bar.

The cocktail deck looks out over the harbour in Rose Bay, they guarantee that not only is there currently nothing like it in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, but there never will be. Enjoy the fresh seafood bar and sip on some bubbles, and bask in the spectacular waterfront views.

The Empire Lounge is the place to be. Whether you are looking to book in a corporate function, or host your next big event. They have a full crew of event staff that will ensure that all of the finer details of catering, wine choices, and décor are taken care of.

They provide in house catering, a fully stocked bar and an extensive wine list from around the world. They have function packages that range from corporate meetings of 10, to standing canape functions of up to 160 guests.

Don't forget to check out the museum featuring the incredible history of Rose Bay as a flying boat base from the 1930’s.
