Located in the buzzing inner west suburb of Glebe just 5 mins from Sydney CBD is The Charleston, a 60 seat restaurant and bar with a vibrant atmosphere.

Drawing inspiration from the coastal South Carolina city of the same name. You’ll be taken away with the pastel colours, open kitchen and a retractable roof that allows gentle breezes through the restaurant. The design was the handy work of award winning local inner west designer Matt Woods.

Table reservations or entire venue hire is available.  This is inclusive seated feasts or cocktail style events with canapes. Various drink packages are available.

The Charleston also offers cocktail masterclasses which is perfect for team building, hens nights and birthday celebrations. In conjunction with The Sydney Flower Social, flower crown workshops are also available.

The Menu is curated by Jackson Jones, a glebe local with a solid passion for food and a great understanding of flavours. Signature dishes include a 450g BBQ beef Short Rib, served with southern spice  on the bone with steamed greens and the Lobster roll, 160g of lobster, apple fennel slaw, riddichio, pickled cucumber, grain mustard.

The Bar is managed by Iain Guthrie, a local hospitality professional and avid cocktail enthusiast. The cocktail menu features 20 signature cocktails as well as all of the classics you can think of as well as a selection of mocktails and in house made old fashioned lemonades.

The Charleston is the perfect place for a relaxed after work drink with friends or to celebrate that next milestone. Open Tues and Wed from 5pm-late and Thurs-Sun from 12-late.
