Azuma Japanese Restaurant is located in the heart of the Sydney CBD and is all about delivering new and dynamic Japanese cuisine that is both traditional and innovative.

The renowned restaurant is the perfect place to host all manner of functions, from wedding receptions and corporate and cocktail events, to private dining and birthday parties - whatever the occasion, Azuma will offer world class food in a unique space. Azuma can host up to 80 people in the Main Dining Room as well as up to 34 people in their Private Dining Rooms. For these occasions, they will help create a personalised menu according to your requests, or alternatively, there are a variety of function menu options available for your choosing.

Main Dining Room

The Main Dining Room offers a relaxed and delicate atmosphere that is complemented by contemporary Japanese artworks which are sprawled throughout.

The main dining room can accommodate up to 46 people for a sit-down event, or up to 80 people for a cocktail style function.

Private Dining Rooms

Azuma offer three private rooms available for hire. Each of the three rooms can accommodate 4 to 10 people, but can be easily made into one for a larger dining event of up to 34 people.

The tables and wall fittings are made from Tasmanian oak, and the rooms are decorated with art from local and internationally renowned Japanese artists, such as Mr. Mituo Shoji.
Azuma also offers complimentary parking in the Wilson car park located under Chifley Tower and parking is available from 5.45pm.
