Located in the heart of Prahran, just a stone’s throw from the hub that is Chapel St, you’ll find a little slice of Marrakech called Mofo Lounge.

Mofo Lounge has been specialising in private functions and events for almost two decades and so has all the skills and ideas to make any celebration a special one to remember.

With two function spaces over two levels, the venue can cater for events for up to 149 guests. The smaller function space is known as Casablanca Lounge and is located on the ground floor whilst the larger Morocco Lounge is on the first floor.

Each booking is assigned a dedicated function manager who will help you to create an event that will be truly unforgettable. They will help tailor an event that meets your requirements and help to ensure that your event runs without a glitch.

Mofo Lounge offers an extensive function menu of delicious canapés and beverage options, with food and beverage packages also being available. The venue also has an impressive array of add-on entertainment options to choose from including DJs, Belly Dancers, Tarot Card Readers, Henna Artists…whatever you choose, they will have something to suit your needs and make your event extra special.

 

Morocco Lounge


Located upstairs at the venue, Morocco Lounge is beautifully themed with exquisite Moroccan furniture and décor. This hidden oasis will take your breath away as you open the door and reveal the magic inside.  This space comes with a private bar, luxurious daybeds, sound system, dance floor, TV and an amazing ambiance and décor that will transport you to the exotics of Morocco. Ideal for larger events, this room can cater for up to 114 guests cocktail style. This space is perfect for birthday parties, engagements, & corporate events.

 

Casablanca Lounge


Located downstairs at the venue, Casablanca Lounge is an intimate and welcoming space perfect for smaller events. The unique size caters for up to 35 guests cocktail style so it is ideal for intimate birthday parties and Hens nights or other celebrations. Stylishly decorated, the space can be made your own with a private bar, sound system, TV and beautiful bi-fold windows.
