The Oyster Bar offers indoor and rooftop wining and dining with deliciously fresh oysters as the main fare. They use only the best oysters that Australia, and arguably the world, has to offer. The oysters are sourced from some of the best oyster farms in Coffin Bay, situated in the heart of South Australia’s oyster region on the Eyre Peninsula, just outside of Port Lincoln.

They have an exciting range of oysters ‘chilled’ and oysters ‘grilled’ to tempt oyster lovers. On offer are also delicious alternative dishes to cater for those who are not as excited about oysters as they are. Some of their specialties are the seafood plate, the Oyster Bar grazing plate, and their famous salt and pepper squid.
