The Bistro's private room is available exclusively for special events and can accommodate up to 60 guests seated and 100 standing, with two covered outdoor terraces for smokers.

The Bistro can also be used exclusively for private, sit down events of up to 200 people.

The Atrium, with its private indoor entertaining area and stunning wooded courtyard with central tree sculpture, makes the perfect setting for stand up cocktail parties and informal gatherings for up to 60 people.

A variety of sumptuous dining packages are available and each one can be tailored to suit your requirements and budget.


The Mail Exchange Hotel has a concise wine list, cocktail menu, full bar of spirits and a selection of local and imported beers.

Our Bistro Manager will be happy to liaise with you regarding your beverage choices.

Please note that beverages are charged on consumption. We do not offer beverage packages however we are able to provide a facility for an open cash bar.

Presentations & Speeches

Presentations and speeches are only possible in the Bistro Dining Room or when the whole bistro is booked exclusively. The use of audiovisual equipments is subject to approval by management. No marketing material can be pinned or attached to the walls or windows, however free-standing items can be used.
