Le Bon Ton combines an intimate absinthe, champagne and oyster salon with a world class cocktail bar, a lively dining hall and a gorgeous beer garden. The venue can hold up to 240 guests, offers a wide range of function spaces and holds one of Melbourne's latest weekend licenses. Le Bon Ton specialises in Southern USA regional cuisine with a strong focus on authentic Texas barbeque and traditional Gulf-style dishes. We have a dedicated oyster kitchen and a custom made smokehouse. The kitchen stays open until 6AM on Friday and Saturday nights and the meat smokers fire 24 hours a day. Le Bon Ton's award-wining bar team provide a wide-range of fine wines, craft beers, and boutique spirits. The venue has a world-class cocktail list and offers a great selection of interesting aperitifs and digestives. The venue is divided into multiple areas:

Great for sit-down dining for up 40 guests. Also a great space for cocktail style for up to 70 guests.
