In the heart of Chinatown, House of Maximon is offering a vision of what the journey into the afterlife might involve (if it began in a neon-lit saloon). House of Maximón features late-night dancing, lowbrow ‘makeshift’ cocktails and spiced popcorn, all delivered to a debaucherous crowd under the watchful eye of infamous Central American deity San Simon (an icon otherwise known as Maximón). For private functions, parties, and events, we have both private and open booths that are available for reservation. Booths are free to book, however have a $200 minimum spend policy for your party. The entire venue is available for hire for functions, events, and parties also. Please get in touch with us for pricing. Paying homage to Maximón, ‘House of Maximón’ will introduce Melbourne to an eternally righteous, yet highly morally bankrupt house of ill repute; a divinely corrupt ‘dive’ bar for the ages.
