ABOUT Bang Bang
Outdoor Function Rooms

Set in a park fronted oasis, Bang Bang is charming with a big heart. A place to choose your own adventure with a twist of the exotic. A place to belong.

Home to the original redbrick Caulfield Rifle Club on Glenhuntly Road, now transformed into a blend of old and new, modern and repurposed.

The chefs prepare each dish for your event with a delicious assortment of seasonal ingredients, respectfully interpreting the flavours of Southeast Asia with a French influence. Drawing from the fresh vibrant Indochine pantry, Bang Bang’s open-plan kitchen frames the chef as sparks roar from the custom built charcoal-grill pit and the uniquely flavorsome wok.

Watching the bar team shake, twist and smash herbs, fruit and spirits to create  seasonally rotating cocktails and spritz classics with a twist. Wines from the Old and New world, perfectly matched to the Indochine Flavours from the kitchen. Beers range from tap to bottle, from local Melbourne to local Laos, providing flavour for everyone.
