With a philosophy of “Attitude is Everything” Charlie Dumpling restaurant opened its doors in Melbourne in January 2014 in the foodie end of High Street, Prahran.

Led by Executive Chef, Dylan Roberts (formerly Claremont Tonic, Ezard, Cutler & Co), our flagship restaurant, Charlie Dumpling, delivers a modern twist on dumplings along with unique Asian inspired dishes which have become firm favourites on our menu!

Our top-selling Small Bites dishes include Charlie’s Fried Chicken Ribs and Salmon Tartare with nori crackers; in the Savoury Dumplings stakes, our Peking Duck Dumplings and Snapper Dumplings are always on high rotation; and the Smoked Chicken Salad and the Kuromitsu Salmon Soba Noodle Salad have been on the menu since day one due to popular demand.

And for those with a sweet tooth, our famous Milk Chocolate Dumplings are the perfect way to finish your dining experience!
