The 1000m2 warehouse space to the rear of the building, is the largest onsite. It has high roller door access and an independent driveway / outdoor area. Ceiling at its highest point is 8M and lowest point 5M.

The 450M2 area is comprised of 8 independent / open plan studios, a kitchenette / prep room, toilets and immediate access to the rear warehouse space.

Studios have been built and intergraded into the existing infrastructure of the building, which makes for an interesting setting!
