Served with parsnip purée, asparagus mousse, heirloom carrots, sweet onion lychee jam, freeze dried mandarin and red wine jus, the combination of sweet and savoury elements create the perfect flavour hybrid. Made fresh in house, the wild mushroom gnocchi is equally delicious as it is beautiful. Accompanied with truffle cream sauce, buffalo mozzarella and finished with torched gorgonzola, this is the ultimate guilty pleasure dish and it certainly satisfies!

Complete with pistachio crumb, mint syrup and berry jelly, this ice-cream delight is just as fresh as it is sweet. Peanut brittle, toasted coconut oats, white chocolate ganache and vanilla bean ice cream will have your heart (and stomach) singing.
