The iconic Electra House Hotel is made up of three levels and each of the three separate levels offer different degrees of service and cuisine.
The Chamber Bar located on the ground floor is a communal-style dining hall featuring high-bench and booth seating, boasting dramatic 30ft high ceilings that are adorned with classic 1900’s plaster works and pillars.
Also on the ground floor is the incredible open-air Garden Bar, which is surrounded by raw brickwork and hanging plant life. Raised under-cover decking provides shelter from the elements with booth and bar seating scattered throughout, it is the hippest spot for drinks of any kind and any occasion.
The bar menu is designed for dining lunch through to dinner with meals available from 12pm onwards. Apart from the extensive wine and beverage list, boasting 14 different beers on tap, a modest cocktail list and an extensive gin and tonic range, Electra is known around town for something else. The home of the espresso martini, offering not 1, not 2, but 6 different variations on the old classic to try and be enjoyed amongst friends. On Friday and Saturday nights the ground floor transforms into a late night venue with a DJ and dance floor.
